Terms and conditions
What this directory is, what it does not claim, and how to use it. Written to be read rather than clicked past.
What this site is
This is an independent, informational directory of AI tools and technologies. It is intended to help individuals and industry teams develop a basic understanding of available AI tools, technologies, and implementation methods, including MCP, CLI, automation, and agentic platforms. It provides a starting point for discovery and comparison and does not replace independent technical, security, legal, procurement, or suitability assessments.
It is not affiliated with the Model Context Protocol project, with any registry it reads from, or with any publisher listed on it.
Where the information comes from
Information is compiled from public sources, including official registries, package registries, public repositories, vendor websites, documentation, and publicly available APIs. Listings may include product descriptions, versions, licenses, integrations, availability, usage data, and other publicly reported information.
Content is curated and edited with AI assistance. Records are updated periodically, but all information reflects a point-in-time snapshot and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. The "last updated" date identifies the most recent update. Unverified information may be omitted rather than estimated.
No server listed here has been run, connected to, or audited by us, and we do not connect to a publisher's endpoint to enumerate what it offers. Where a page reports a tool list, a licence or a star count, it reports what a named source published on a recorded date.
How to use the listings
Listings, comparisons, rankings, and "best" designations are provided for general informational and discovery purposes. They reflect the stated criteria and information available on the applicable review date and may not be suitable for every user, project, or use case.
Unless expressly disclosed, listings are not sponsored, promoted, or given paid placement. Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, security review, or guarantee of performance. Independently verify a tool's features, pricing, licensing, security, compatibility, and suitability before using it, particularly before granting access to credentials, systems, data, or write permissions.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
What the score means
The catalogue score measures how well documented and verifiable a server is, not how good it is. A high score on a server that does the wrong job is still the wrong server. It is not a security review and not an endorsement. The weights are published in full on the methodology page.
Attribution and rights
Product names, company names, logos, trademarks, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Third-party descriptions and repository content remain subject to their original sources and licenses.
We claim no ownership of any of it, and nothing on this site should be read as a grant of rights in someone else's material.
Using what this site publishes
The editorial text written for this site, together with the derived data it publishes, including category assignments, tool intent classifications and catalogue scores, is offered under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence. Reuse it, including commercially, with attribution to MCPServices and a link to the page it came from.
That licence covers only what we wrote or computed. It does not and cannot cover the third-party material described above, which stays under its own terms.
The code that generates the site is available under the MIT licence.
The Reddit apps
We publish two Reddit apps built on Reddit's developer platform: MCPServices, which announces newly published MCP servers, and Blog and RSS Poster, which posts new articles from a fixed list of publisher feeds. A moderator installs an app on their own subreddit and can pause or remove it at any time from that subreddit's settings.
Everything either app posts is posted automatically, and every post says so on its face. A post is a summary of something published elsewhere, with a link to the original. It is not a review, not an endorsement, and not a security assessment, and the same caveats that apply to a listing on this site apply to a post about it.
An app posts only to the subreddit it is installed on. Neither app reads, stores or acts on anything about the people in that subreddit.
Corrections work the same way as for the site. Write to contact [at] mcpservices [dot] info and name the post. A moderator who wants a post removed can remove it themselves, and a publisher who does not want to be announced can tell us and we will stop.
Corrections
Found an error? Please report it at contact [at] mcpservices [dot] info. Verified corrections will be considered for a future update. A publisher who wants a listing amended or removed can write to the same address.
